Then they helped me to fund it right and they organised everything, again, just checking in with me on a regular basis to help me refurbish it, Which again, I did very, very little and everything was managed through you know, incredible system that would check in with me regularly and then finally, they helped me to create the cash flow from it and so what I found myself doing is and now to this day, I’m getting regular tax tax free income every single month from the rent of this property into my pension. Right and, not only that, but at the end of this, once I finally get to the point which I retire, which is many years from now, by the way, and I’ll have that capital, if that, I’ve got capital appreciation coming in.
